We may decline the sale of an article’s if it’s not going to be in stock for consistently and refund you the money in that situation . We will send you an email informing you of this situation.

All payments are done in Australian Dollars only as items are located and dispatched from Australia. GST may apply to certain items also.

We move ahead to protect the personal recommendations .we hold against loss, unauthorized access, use, modification or disclosure and against other misuse. When no longer compulsory , personal information is destroyed in a secure manner or deleted
Return Policy
We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, and we will be happy to assist you. For reasons of health and safety we will only be able to offer a refund on unused items.
To start a return
Email , you can contact us at sherepunjabcollections@gmail.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted
When we receive your return items and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned articles . We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 24 hours. 
Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Change of mind return is not available
We do not accept the return of items under the change of mind returns policy in any circumstances
We recommend customers to send parcel via a trackable courier service such as Australia Post, FedeX, DHL or purchase shipping insurance for your protection and to insure prompt delivery. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you insure your parcel. The Sher E Punjab collections is not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
We're sorry, but shipping fees is non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your articles.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the article is damaged or if you receive the wrong article, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Refund or exchange will only be processed if customer contact us on the same day when the parcel is delivered
Zip on pillow/Quilt covers pose a threat to your washer, dryer, zip can actually get caught on the drum in the washer and the best practice is to make sure the zippers are fully zipped before throwing them in to wash or dry and we recommend to hand wash them if possible
We photograph most of our products in house and some by professionals photographers, and work very hard to make sure that images are color correct. Unfortunately colors and intensity of colors can vary greatly from screen to screen and we cannot be held responsible for these variances. If the exact shade of a color is important, please send us email on ➡️ sherepunjabcollections@gmail.com and we will do our best to work through this with you, otherwise, if you are not happy with color, this would be consistent with the Change of Mind Policy. 

We accept orders at any time- 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All orders placed during weekdays will be shipped next business day and orders placed during weekend will be processed on the next business day. Please allow 24 hours for tracking details. 
Shipping Time:  Sendle Standard shipping time-frame is 8-10 business days.
Orders from regional areas takes additional 3-4 business/working days.

Sendle shipping charges are between - $5.99 to 46.99 Depending on the weight of the parcel, so we recommend to check shipping
Please note that expected delivery date is provided by the courier service provider, and is subject to change. Once we dispatch your parcel any delays from courier service provider is out of our control.
